May the 4th be with you!

Knee high by the 4th of July, as Matt likes to say. Well, the corn is way higher than our knees this year. The weather could not have been more perfect for the 4th! The whole weekend was a ton of fun, and I don't think we could have crammed any more activities in if we tried. Oliver got to see friends in Overland Park, at the lake, and in downtown Lawrence for fireworks all on America's Birthday. On Friday he got to visit with his friend Samantha Whaley (school was closed but Mom and Dad still had to work a little), go to the "big" pool (Lawrence public) with Mom, and play some more with Noah and Madeline Clothier. Saturday was still more playing at the Clothier house while Mom and Dad got in some adult fun at the lake for the afternoon. On Sunday, we had Family Fun Day by going to Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead. It was awesome. Oliver got to ride a pony all by himself. That place is amazing (especially for being free over the holiday weekend).
God Bless the USA!
Lake Dabinawa on the 4th. The Grosko family invested in a huge water mat. Oliver tested it out.
